He is a very inspirational Dad .I have read their story before.
Very intense sadness .
An online friend of mine had a brain bleed 8 days after her IVF son was born (5 weeks premmie so she barely saw him ...) she haemorrhaged undetected for a few days , then they did something - she had a major bleed. She languished in a coma for 3 months and through several surgeries only to die 2 days before mother's day.
I wish you loads of luck with your journey and that the lady calls back.
